Technology
Manufacturing technology is a key factor driving the growth of any industrial enterprise. Our production technology is not only designed to create innovative products, but also to seek efficiency and sustainability in the manufacturing process. We continue to invest in technology research and development to improve the efficiency of our processes and create new product types. Through these technological advancements, we are determined to provide our customers with high-quality, high-value products. We also believe that as our technology advances, we will be able to better serve our customers and achieve mutual success.
The injection process has a wide range of applications, and its molding principle is based on three basic steps: melting, flow, and solidification.
We will heat the raw materials required by the customer into a liquid state at high temperature, and then inject them into the mold that has been opened according to the customer's requirements. After cooling and demoulding, the product can be formed.
Currently commonly used injection materials include: PP, PS, PE, ABS, PVC, EVA, etc. Our company currently provides injection molded products for male models, including handles, pull tails, mobile phone cases, doll pendants, etc. We can also produce customized products according to customers' designs.Micro injection process
Micro-injection, also called drop molding, uses compressed air to inject liquid materials, such as PVC and Silicone, into the mold with a syringe, and then bakes them at high temperature before demoulding them into products. Micro-injection process products are widely used in clothing, luggage accessories, footwear as trademarks, and different creative products, such as various key covers, cable winders, etc.
Hot pressing process
Inject the toned liquid PVC or Silicone into the developed mold by dispensing and evacuate to eliminate bubbles. After baking at high temperature, place it on the prepared fabric or leather and use a vulcanizer to heat press it. After cooling, the product is demoulded. Products using this process are usually sewn onto bags or garments as trademarks.
Compression molding process
Weigh the mixed solid silicone or rubber according to the size of the product, put it into the opened mold, put it into the vulcanizer, and after passing through a high temperature of 200 degrees and a certain pressure, demould and wait for cooling before repairing. The raw edge is the product. Silicone is non-toxic and can come into contact with the human body, so it is widely used. For example: various household products, baby toys, various trademarks, mobile phone cases and various gifts, etc. Rubber can be used in industrial products, such as suction cups, luggage bottoms, various footwear outsoles, etc.
High frequency screen printing technology
According to the color and concave-convex surface required by the customer, we will first make the screen plate and the corresponding copper mold. Screen printing is performed on the base material required by the customer (such as PVC, PU, TPU, genuine leather, fabric, etc.). After the color is completely dry, the mold is used to apply voltage on a high-frequency machine to create the concave and convex effect required by the customer. Finally, the finished product is cut into the required shape using a laser knife according to the customer's requirements. Generally, it can be used on bags, ready-made clothes, shoes and hats, etc. for special design or trademark purposes.

Sewing process
The sewing process is widely used in various handbags, textiles, leather goods, sports equipment, luggage, etc. We can assist in various sewing processes according to the different needs of customers.
woven label
Woven labels, that is, woven trademark labels, are widely used in clothing, shoes and hats, textiles, handicrafts and other fields. We can help develop and produce the required woven labels according to the needs of our customers.
